Before Departure Checklist

• Complete your online check-in for your flight, train, or other transport (usually available 24 hours before departure)
• Bring all necessary documents: passport, national ID/driver's licence (if applicable), visa (if required), and business cards
• Pack chargers and, if needed, EU plug adapters

Weather in Rennes in July

• Temperatures are generally warm, around 23-25°C, though higher peaks are possible (up to 38°C recorded in 2025)
• The average UV index is around 6 (moderate), so sunscreen with UVA/UVB protection is recommended
• The weather can alternate between sunny and rainy periods. Although July is relatively dry, occasional rain is possible – bringing a light umbrella is advisable
• Conditions can vary, so checking the forecast shortly before your trip is recommended

Technical Equipment at the Conference

• All rooms are equipped with HDMI connections for presentations
• If you are using a recent laptop, you may need a USB-C to HDMI adapter. Mac users should bring the appropriate adapter, depending on their device
• A limited number of adapters will be available at the Welcome Desk; please return them after use

Wi-Fi Network

After checking in (onsite), you will receive a personal Wi-Fi access code, allowing you to connect to the network throughout the conference.
