. Online check-in for your flight/train/other transport method 24 hours before departure
. Visa (if needed), National ID (driver's license), passport and business cards

Weather in Rennes in July

. Temperatures are usually warm in July: around 23-25°C (with as much as 38°C at the same period in 2025).
. The average UV index in July is around 6, which is moderate, so it's advisable to use sunscreen for UVA and UVB protection.
. The weather consists of both sunny and rainy days. July is one of the driest month in Rennes, with an average of 12.8 rainy days. Bring an umbrella if possible to stay prepared for unexpected rain.

Technical Equipment at the Conference

. All the rooms for the conference are equipped with HDMI cables. If you have a recent laptop, you might need a USB-C to HDMI adapter, and if you have a Mac, you will also need the relevant adapter (depending on the version of your computer).
. A few adapters will be available at the Welcome Desk. Please make sure you bring them back after using them. 

Wi-Fi Network

After checking in, you will be given a personal Wi-Fi code. This will allow you to access the Wi-Fi during the conference.
