The information collected in connection with the Emonet XV conference is recorded in a computerized file by the University of Rennes for the purpose of managing conference registrations.

The personal data collected includes: last name, first name, email address, institutional affiliation, telephone number, work address, and billing address.

Your data will be retained for a period of two years from the date of registration.
