Accommodation Options

Note: Participants are responsible for their own travel & accommodation arrangements.

Warning: Rennes will host the festival Les Tombées de la Nuit from 02-07 July, during the conference. Accommodation will be in high demand, so we strongly recommend booking your stay as early as possible.

Rennes offers a variety of accommodation options to suit different budgets and preferences. Below is a selection of conveniently located hotels and aparthotels, either close to the conference venue or near the train station. Please note that those in the city centre (highlighted in beige on the map below) may be livelier in the evenings due to their proximity to Rennes' vibrant nightlife.

• Mama Shelter Rennes
  3 Place de la Trinité, 35000 Rennes – Classic/Design hotel in the city centre. Rooms ~149€+ per night (breakfast included). Spa access free for guests, external access possible (40€ extra). Great central vibe & bar/restaurant on site.
• Adagio Appart'hotel Rennes
  35 Rue d’Antrain, 35700 Rennes – Aparthotel style, ~90€+ per night. Flexible studio apartments, ideal for longer stays. Also bookable via Booking or Accor.
• Garden Hôtel
  3 Rue Jean Marie Duhamel, 35000 Rennes – a relaxing setting, certified European Ecolabel. Hotel rooms and apartments. Rooms generally ~75€+ per night
• Hôtel des Lices
  7 Place des Lices, 35000 Rennes – hotel in old town, central location near market & cathedral. Rooms generally ~80€+ per night; breakfast and Wi‑Fi included. 
• Le Nemours Hotel & Apartments
  5 Rue de Nemours, 35000 Rennes – comfortable central option. Hotel rooms and apartments. Rooms generally ~70€+ per night; breakfast and Wi‑Fi included. 
• Mercure Rennes Centre Parlement
  1 Place Paul Louis Courier, 35000 Rennes – near Parc du Thabor. Rooms generally ~180€+ per night.
• Mercure Rennes Centre Gare
  1 Rue du Capitaine Maignan, 35000 Rennes – near railway station (train). but further from the city centre. Rooms generally ~180€+ per night.
• Ibis Rennes Centre Gare Sud
  15 rue de Châtillon, Esplanade Fulgence Bienvenue, 35000 Rennes – near railway station (train) but further from the city centre. Rooms generally ~120€+ per night.
