Conference Registration Fees

Gala dinner: 50 euros

(* All fees include VAT 10%)

Registration fees cover:

• Access to all scientific sessions
• Conference documents and materials (program, proceedings, etc.)
• Coffee breaks and lunches during the conference

If you are a PhD student, please send a copy of your valid student ID card to emonet-xv-registration@sciencesconf.org.

The payment module is now available. Payment method options have been updated (see below). Registration will close on 15 June 2026.

Note: Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements. The Gala Dinner on Day 2 (Tuesday, 07 July) will take place at Le Galopin (21 avenue Janvier, 35000 Rennes). Participants can organise the other evenings at their leisure.

Cancellation and refund policy:
Any registration cancellation received before Monday, June 01, 2026, will be eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee. No refunds will be issued after this date. Please note that acceptance of a submission and its presentation are contingent upon the attendance of at least one of its authors at the conference.
