Conference Registration Fees

	Early Bird (before 15 May 2026)	Regular Fees (after 15 May 2026)
Reduced Fees (PhD students, retired faculty members and emeritus professors)	100 euros	200 euros
Standard Fees (faculty members)	300 euros	450 euros

Gala diner: 50 euros

(* All fees include VAT 10%)

Registration fees cover:
. Access to all scientific sessions
. Conference documents and materials (program, proceedings, etc.)
. Coffee breaks and lunches during the conference

The payment module will be made available in early 2026 (in February-March). Payment method options will be updated at the same time.

Note: Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements.
