Where to Eat 

Note: Lunch will be provided on-site for all participants during each day of the conference (Monday to Wednesday, included). The Gala Dinner on Day 2 (Tuesday, 07 July) will take place at Le Galopin (21 avenue Janvier, 35000 Rennes). Participants can organise the other evenings at their leisure.

For your meals, we have selected some local restaurants to explore during your stay (they are located in the city centre, further from the train station). Please note that opening days and hours can vary, and some places may be closed on certain weekdays or require advance booking to secure a table.

• Bretone – Crêperie & Salon de thé
  7 rue Joseph Sauveur, 35000 Rennes – Crêperie with terrace & rooftop setting, Breton galettes & sweet crêpes, tea and seasonal local produce. Cozy and popular. Open for lunch and dinner, Monday to Sunday, but closed on Wednesday (11:00-23:00)
• La Rozell – Crêperie
  14 rue de Penhoët, 35000 Rennes – Traditional Breton crêpes & galettes with generous fillings, relaxed atmosphere. Open for lunch and dinner, Monday to Sunday (11:00-22:30)
• Crêperie Saint‑Melaine
  13 rue St‑Melaine, 35000 Rennes – Classic Breton crêperie with hearty portions. Open for lunch and dinner, Monday to Saturday, but closed on Monday evening (11:15-14:00 and 19:00-21:30)
• La Taverne de la Marine – French/Brasserie
  2 place de Bretagne, 35000 Rennes – French brasserie with seafood highlights & classic dishes in a nautical‑inspired interior. Open for lunch and dinner, Monday to Sunday (12:00-14:30 and 19:00-22:30)
• La Chope – French Bistro
  3 rue de la Chalotais, 35000 Rennes – Friendly bistro with varied French menu; robust mains & desserts. Open for lunch and dinner, Monday to Saturday (also open on Sunday for lunch)
• Le Gange – Indian Restaurant
  34 place des Lices, 35000 Rennes – Indian cuisine with curries, biryanis, naan breads and more. Open for lunch and dinner, Tuesday to Sunday (closed on Wednesday for lunch; 12:00-14:00 and 19:00-23:00)
• Au Bol – Asian/Vietnamese
  9 rue Vasselot, 35000 Rennes – Asian fusion dishes, soups & noodle bowls with fresh ingredients. Open all day, Monday to Saturday (opens at 09:00 every day, closes at 19:30 on Monday & Tuesday, closes at 20:00 on Wednesday to Saturday)

  3 Place de la Trinité, 35000 Rennes – Rooftop, terrasse & bar, restaurant. Restaurant is open for lunch and dinner, Monday to Saturday (12:00-15:00 and 19:00-23:30), Sunday Brunch (12:00-16:00) and dinner (19:00-23:30)
