Welcome

Welcome to the website of the Fifteenth International Conference on Emotions and Organizational Life ('Emonet XV'): Emotions and Sustainable Horizons, to be held at IGR-IAE and CREM, University of Rennes, France, July 6-8, 2026. The conference is organized by Emonet, an international network of scholars working in this field, established in January 1997, and affiliated with the Academy of Management's Listserv. Conference format

Conference registration: OPEN

Registration for the conference is now open. The online registration and payment module is now available. Registration will close on 15 June 2026.

The registration page has been activated. The conference and social programme is already available and will be progressively updated in the coming weeks.

To help you plan your stay, you may wish to explore the following pages:

  • Where to eat – Lunch will be provided on-site for all participants during the three days of the conference (Monday to Wednesday). The Gala Dinner will take place on Day 2 (Tuesday 07 July). Participants can organise the other evenings at their leisure.
  • Accommodation options – Please note that participants are responsible for their own accommodation arrangements. Please note that Rennes will host the festival Les Tombées de la Nuit (02-07 July), and availability may be limited. Early booking is strongly recommended.
  • Travelling to the event – Please note that participants are responsible for organising their own travel.
  • Getting around Rennes and accessing the venue
  • Discover the region: Visit Rennes and Explore the surroundings (including the Mont-Saint-Michel and the Brittany Region).

About the "login" button

You need to log in the website only to register for the conference.

If you have a Sciencesconf.org account, log in the website by clicking on "Login" (top right button).

If you do not have an account, you can create one. Account creation steps:

  • click on "Login"
  • click on the "Create account" option
  • you will receive an email from Sciencesconf.org asking you to validate your account creation request
  • click on the validation link provided in the email to validate your account creation


Important: Once you have clicked on that link, you might receive an error message like 'invalid token' or 'this page does not exist'. It does not matter, your account has been created successfully, and you can then log in the website by clicking 'Login'.

Once you are logged in, you will be able to register and pay the registration fee.
